Turnkey Construction Projects

Once the Engineering are completed, we take care of all the execution and complete construction of the project so that it complies with the quality, regulations, budget and time. Maxwerk Engineering takes care of all what it is required for a project of this nature as a General Contractor. The client will have access to the construction progress of the project in real time of and will be able to enjoy it progress from the comfort of their seat. Construction Execution Management

In this modality, the client hires subcontractors directly and Maxwerk Engineering provides an impartial perspective that allows us to work proactively with the client and subcontractors to prevent and efficiently solve challenges that arise in any complex construction project. By handling day-to-day details, the customer is free of distractions and worries, being able to make informed decisions.

Construction Supervision

Construction supervision requirements vary depending on the degree of complexity of the project. From feasibility studies to developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, to managing construction contracts, and change orders. Constructability review

We evaluate the accuracy and completeness of construction plans / specifications and validate schedules as well as budgets. A constructability review looks for document integrity and inconsistencies, coordination challenges, and missing details. The review also identifies and removes ambiguities in contracts that contribute to unnecessary construction change orders between contractors and clients and the takeholders.

Contract and procurement management are basic services at the beginning of a project or program. Our experience includes updating contract documents, preparing requests for proposals (RFP), and participating in or facilitating the review and selection of contractor bids. We also help develop a contracting / procurement strategy designed to capitalize on the advantages of market conditions without compromising the overall project schedule. When these efforts occur early in the life cycle of a project, our input can add an important value to the project.

Construction scheduling

At Maxwerk Engineering we develop, analyze and update design and construction schedules under the Just inTime model. Using the most advanced planning systems for capital investment projects, we develop schedules during the design phase to determine the initial schedule, project duration, and critical paths analysis. We create schedules to monitor activities during construction, analyze changes and delays, and assess their impact on project completion. After the construction is completed, we use schedules to facilitate the project closure phase.

Cost estimate

This service includes planning estimates and detailed design estimates to independent cost estimates, and change order reviews during construction and closing. In addition to traditional estimation methods, we use state-of-the-art techniques to assess contingency and risk analysis management by evaluating the level of uncertainty in each part of the cost estimate.

Change order management:

Early resolution of change order situations minimizes costs and avoids schedule disruptions. At Maxwerk Engineering we develop and manage the change order process for the customer, contractors and subcontractors.

Monitoring and Risk Management:

Projects are often affected by unforeseen events that could have been mitigated through an ongoing risk management process. Risk assessments identify, evaluate and quantify such uncertainty so that its probability of impact is anticipated and controlled. In many cases, the results of risk assessments can be used to reliably establish project contingency budgets. Risk management specialists at Maxwerk Engineering identify, carry out simulations and evaluate project risks, develop and manage risk register under PRINCE2 model, and perform quantitative risk analysis with their respective mitigation strategies.
